I recently had my vehicle serviced at Take 5 Oil Change and wanted to recognize Deontae for the outstanding customer service he provided. From the moment I arrived, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for both my vehicle and my overall experience. Deontae took the time to thoroughly educate me on which type of oil would be best suited for my vehicle rather than simply recommending a standard option. He explained the benefits clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident in the decision being made for my car’s maintenance. His approach showed strong expertise as well as a commitment to helping customers make informed choices. What truly stood out was his attention to detail. He noticed that my vehicle registration was coming up for renewal and proactively informed me that inspections could also be completed at Take 5. That level of awareness and initiative saved me time and demonstrated that he genuinely looks out for customers beyond the immediate service being performed. Employees like Deontae represent the brand exceptionally well. His professionalism, communication skills, product knowledge, and customer-first attitude made this one of the best service experiences I have had. Team members who consistently go above and beyond in this way deserve recognition. Based on my experience, Deontae is absolutely deserving of consideration for a promotion and/or a raise. Look please go visit this location my family and I traveled from Dallas and lost my engine cover and the owner or manager wasn't out to get us for any extras money the service was very professional and outgoing. I just pray God grants this establishment undeniable FAVOR because it's very hard to good honest people to help these days! Dominique took care of me yesterday, he was very positive, talkative and hardworking. All the men there were a HUGE help! I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years now, and no one has ever cleaned my windshield before my services were complete. I will be definitely referring this location! Thank you guys!
