I came in because of an oil leak after a recent oil change. From the moment I arrived, I received outstanding customer service. A professional young lady greeted me, offered me a cold bottle of water on a very hot day, and immediately checked out my concern. She found that the drain plug was damaged and replaced it at no charge. Her professionalism, care, and willingness to help was impressive. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and she exceeded my expectations. I later learned that she was the store manager, which made perfect sense given the way she handled everything. I highly recommend this business and truly appreciate the excellent service I received.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! I was on my 30-minute lunch break and was worried I wouldn't have enough time, but their team got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great team all around. I'll definitely be coming back for future oil changes!

I came in for a routine oil change, but honestly I was having a really rough day and not in the best headspace. What stood out to me wasn’t just how efficient and professional the crew was, but how imperfectly perfect human they were. From the moment I pulled in, the team treated me with kindness, humor, and genuine care. They didn’t just go through the motions they connected. They made me laugh when I really needed it, and that shifted my entire day more than they probably realize. The service itself was quick, smooth, and done right, but it was the energy of this crew for me that deserves recognition. You can tell they work well together, take pride in what they do, and actually care about the people coming through. I will seriously be back just to see them again! We showed up 30 minutes till close with no coolant and an overfilled oil tank. They changed the oil and did a complete flush and fill of the coolant. The entire time they were nothing but kind and genuine, even though they had to stay till after close to finish us up. I genuinely cannot understate how kind they were and how much they saved us as we were 2 hours out from home. I would 100% recommend giving them your business
