Went for an oil change. The last place I took my car to, placed a piece on too tightly. Took several employees to take it off. Take 5 kept me informed the entire time, offered water, and apologized for the inconvenience (when it wasn’t even their fault at all). I could tell they were frustrated but kept a smile on their face and were so pleasant. I won’t be returning to the old spot. Take 5 is where I’ll go from now on.
