First and foremost, Thank You to Jay and Walter for their professionalism and their true friendly demeanor!! I can only speak to my visit (4/24/26), experience and it was enjoyable, easy and fast. Granted, I was the only vehicle in their bay at the time, but they took their time to educate me on my perfered oil of choice, added new wiper blades pointed out that I had an issue with my oil pan treads. Cool, easy fix! Ended my visit with thank you's, a handshake and fist bump! Understand that everyone has good days and bad days, whether you're looking for service or giving it. Approach everyone with a friendly attitude, smile and handshake and 9/10 times you'll receive the same. Gentlemen, and Take 5, welcome to Decatur! I wish you all a long and profitable stay! I've been to 2 other locations in town for oil changes in the past. Yesterday I decided it was oil change time again, actually past due time. As I was on my way to one of my usual places for an oil change I noticed a newcomer, Take 5 and decided to try 'em out. The techs were more thorough than I've previously seen elsewhere, they were fast and treated me and my car very respectfully. I gotta be honest folks... they have my business from here on out! Check 'em out!

Efficient and thorough place to get your oil changed. Reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of oil needed for my Tahoe. The staff was all very nice and offered me no-nonsense. I mentioned my cabin air filter needed checked as it smelled bad in my car. They checked it and showed me how bad the filter was and suggested getting a new one. No bad smells since! Thank you Take 5 Decatur!!

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, especially working with Coulton. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The service was fast but still thorough, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find places that are both efficient and honest, but Coulton and the team definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Great service. Fast and friendly. Ashlynn was very thorough and helpful and I dont remember the guy that was also there's name but he was on his game too and so helpful. Very appreciative and will be returning.
