Oil Change in Bridgeport, TX at 410 US-380.

My first time ever visiting Take 5 was exceptional! Just needed an oil change for my truck and both Daniel and Colton went above and beyond. Colton welcomed me and started getting all my information while Daniel started working under the hood. They checked a few other things and Colton explained what each thing meant, how urgent something needed to be changed or if it could wait. I ended up needing to replace a few other things along with windshield wipers which Colten then applied a discount for as well. Both of them ended the visit with a windshield cleaning and asking if I had any questions or concerns. They were prompt, helpful, and courteous throughout the whole exchange. Best service I’ve ever gotten from a simple oil change! You have a new customer in me and I’ll recommend anyone who asks.

Customer service is phenomenal. Joe (the manager) greeted me with a huge smile and enthusiasm. It’s evident he loves his job and takes pride in running the operation well. Tristen and Daniel are also friendly. The entire process was explained thoroughly and I was given 3 options for my oil change. I selected the “middle of the road” option and was not pushed to opt for the most expensive service. While the service itself is overpriced (my personal opinion); the quality of customer service provided made it worth the extra cost. I will be a repeat customer at Take 5 in Bridgeport, Texas until given a reason to go elsewhere.

Personally I try to read reviews before I go to do business with someone new. I recently moved to Bridgeport and needed to get my oil changed. I have driven by Take 5 many times and after reading their reviews, I figured I would give Take 5 a try. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Now it is July here in Texas which means it is HOT so I decided to go in the morning so sitting in my car wouldn't be that hot, I hoped they would not be busy also which they were not. When I arrived I was met by the manager who grabbed a water out of the cooler and offered it to me. I was quickly guided into the bay and they began working. Checked all fluids, removed the engine splash shield and removed the engine air filter. Now based on what they had to do to get to the filter, I knew I would never change it and honestly, I did not know where it was nor that the German car I drive had one. They showed me and I had them replace it and it was a reasonable fee! They even washed the splash shield before putting it back on. I opted for the more expensive oil change and that was it, no other filters, wipers nothing else needed. The entire staff were very pleasant, friendly and I absolutely, 100% will be going back.
