I did the wrong car for inspection yesterday lol and brought the expired stickered one in for inspection, drove away without paying you! Send hubby to pay as I am stuck at work, you guys told me this one was free?! So grateful having you guys in my neighborhood!

Great experience, service was fast and everyone in the bay/shop were super friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provided. They got my inspection done within 15 minutes of me pulling into the parking lot even though they had a ton of cars to get through. Everyone I talked with were big personalities and kept the process enjoyable, I’ll be coming back soon for an oil change. :)

He made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly and even checked additional details to ensure everything was in top condition. What really stood out was his attitude—friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things right. Got there n waited like 20 minutes n when is my turn guy tells me they don't have the $48.99 instead of telling me while I was waiting😤on top of that every time i go they have different young people working that don't look responsible with poor hygiene seems TAKE 5 is not paying enough $$ to work there cause last 3 times I been there is always someone different I won't be going there anymore customer service is horrible it just might be the conroe location who's knows 🤷🏻‍♂️
