Gavin was great and very friendly, especially considering this was his first week. However, my experience with the manager, DJ, was disappointing. He checked me out but never provided the total price before completing the transaction. When I mentioned that I had a coupon, he rolled his eyes and shook his head. I asked if there was an issue with using the coupon, but he did not respond and simply shook his head again. I wanted to ask the manager about the $20 price increase but he just walked off and would not acknowledge. The service took longer than expected because Gavin was trying to find the correct oil filter and asked DJ for assistance. Rather than helping, DJ walked away and did not provide any guidance. We were the only vehicle in the shop, yet the visit took around 20 minutes largely because the new employee was left to figure things out on his own without support from his manager. Gavin was courteous and did his best, but the lack of professionalism and assistance from the manager negatively affected the overall experience.

Took it back in and whoever did mine yesterday spilt oil everywhere, didn’t wipe it up causing it to burn and smoke everywhere. I went back today and two young men helped me out and they were very nice and let me know what happened and cleaned my car up. Annoying i had to go back because of the laziness of one person but they two guys today were sweet and honest.
Brooke Ryan,Shea & Kevin did a great job. Came in for an economy oil change but they didn’t have the mixed 0W16 so I was essentially forced into to most expensive oil change. Not entirely happy about that as it practically doubled the cost of an oil change. But they were efficient although I still don’t know why the name, I.e. what does Take 5 mean cause it sure took longer than 5 minutes if that’s the target…. Just sayin’
Dave Ells,I’m giving 5 stars because of Caleb. He was a one man team. Literally it was just him working when my fiancé and I came to get the oil changed on our pickup. He was very attentive! Got us situated in the bay, checked all the fluids in my pickup and even checked the rear differential on our pickup. The wait was long, which was already known because it was just him working all three bays. But it was worth it and I’ll be coming back again because of his hard work ethic. The World needs a lot more people like Caleb. Thanks again Caleb!
