If you want the definition of hard-working and all-around great service, I recommend going to check out this Take 5 Oil Change here in Allen off of Main. I went, and it was only two of them, Austin and Landon. When I say they've been busy, they've been busy! There were only two of them working, and they were still taking care of the line and serving each car in a timely and professional manner. They not only deserve a raise, especially on a hot Friday afternoon—and I mean hot, it was 94° but felt like 103° according to the weather app—but these guys did such an amazing job. I recommend y'all go check them out. And Take 5, if you see this, give these guys the raise they have surely earned for their exceptional service. For those that are coming to this Take 5 Oil Change, just be patient with them. I've come here a couple of times, and it's usually pretty quick. Even with just two of them, it's still pretty quick. But Take 5, definitely take care of these employees because they live up to your name and the service that you say you will offer.

I had such a great experience at Take 5 thanks to Austin and Landon. Austin primarily worked on my car, and he was genuinely one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve dealt with in a long time. He was honest, patient, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Nothing felt pushy or rushed, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood what was going on with my car. Landon was also incredibly friendly and helpful, and together they made the whole experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about customers and take pride in their work. It’s rare these days to come across people who are not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely warm and respectful. Take 5 is lucky to have employees like Austin and Landon representing their company. They absolutely turned what is usually a dreaded errand into a really positive experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and very patient with me. Since I am deaf, I really appreciated how communicative and understanding they were throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The prices were reasonable, and I felt they genuinely cared about helping me get my vehicle ready for a long-distance trip. I was there this morning and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. As a widow it makes me feel so relieved to find such a honest and trustworthy company to help me with my auto needs. They charge me for a whole bottle of oil for my car and my car didn't even use not a half of bottle of oil what is that? I will never go there again. That's a rip off and he said you can go buy a bottle of oil for your car at auto zone what kind of customer service is that you shouldn't be in business at all. I will tell others do not go there at all.
