I had such a great experience at Take 5 thanks to Austin and Landon. Austin primarily worked on my car, and he was genuinely one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve dealt with in a long time. He was honest, patient, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Nothing felt pushy or rushed, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood what was going on with my car. Landon was also incredibly friendly and helpful, and together they made the whole experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about customers and take pride in their work. It’s rare these days to come across people who are not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely warm and respectful. Take 5 is lucky to have employees like Austin and Landon representing their company. They absolutely turned what is usually a dreaded errand into a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them!
Brittany,Got to the establishment first thing in the morning. Staff was courteous, and professional. Not pushy, or trying to upsell. I asked about checking everything, because I was taking a road trip that afternoon, so gentleman did so, and showed me what needed to be replaced and what could wait. Unfortunately, I had an over tightening issue of the oil housing from the previous, different Take 5 location that lead to a complication and inability to replace my oil filter, but Raymond and DJ went above and beyond to address, compensated with other maintenance checks, and even vowed to do a complimentary followup service, should the previous location not be able to resolve. Highly recommend this Allen Take 5 location!
Hayden Taylor,I pulled right in without waiting. They offered me a cold water which was nice for the heat. My service guy, Landon, was helpful and clear about everything. Whole oil change was less than 10 mins. Maybe 5. Crazy fast. Plus they checked and topped off my tire pressure. Definitely will return.
Adam Napper,Ryland took awesome care of my 2011 Sequoia. I think this is the first oil change other than the dealer. At 310k, I want it taken care of. My daughter came here a few days ago for an oil change, the guys took care of her and her Bronco, so I trust my Sequoia with them too.
