Oil Change in Plano, TX at 2066 W Spring Creek Pkwy

Great experience. Came in to get oil change and state safety inspection. They said my oil was still clean and recommend that I come back in three months. I was there last time and got long lasting oil. So many past experiences where oil change places will upcharge. I really liked staying in car for state inspection too. Fast and convenient on a cold day. My only concern is on my last four visits were all different staff and crew. I wish they can keep a consistent staff. It is like going to your favorite barber shop and having a different new barber that knows nothing about how you want your hair cut. Same as taking your car to your favorite garage and favorite mechanic who knows everything about your car. Please invest in your staff. Pay them well. It would be nice to have employees wear Take 5 shirts. Some person asked me what I wanted and offered me a water bottle. Had no idea he worked there. You want repeat visits and great word of mouth? You want customers to come back to and feel valued? Then treat this location better.

Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Work completed on a timely basis. Have been a customer for several years and was extremely disappointed that Mobil 1 oil is no longer available at the location I use for service. Do not believe the oils currently use by Take 5 are as good as Mobil 1 but the price they currently charged is still comparable to using Mobil 1. I will look for another location because of the switching of inferior oils in my opinion.

My son & I took our vehicle for the emissions testing required for vehicle registration. The 2 young men working were so friendly and pleasant to deal with. They checked in with us promptly when we drove up. They offered other services I might need but were not pushy at all. I appreciate them checking my tire pressure espec with all the flash flooding this week. They worked as a team to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Based on this experience, I will def be returning for an oil change & other services as needed. Thanks.

The place was busy when I went last Sunday, with cars in all bays and 2 cars in line behind them all. The guys working didn’t seem frustrated or frantic. They worked calmly but with a sense of urgency and I could hear them talking about how they could best tackle the amount of people since they were about to close. I thought they were all professional young men, so kudos to them! I was happy with how long it took for my service and the attention I was given. The gentleman seemed very genuine and knowledgeable as well.
