Oil Change in Plano, TX at 2066 W Spring Creek Pkwy

My son & I took our vehicle for the emissions testing required for vehicle registration. The 2 young men working were so friendly and pleasant to deal with. They checked in with us promptly when we drove up. They offered other services I might need but were not pushy at all. I appreciate them checking my tire pressure espec with all the flash flooding this week. They worked as a team to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Based on this experience, I will def be returning for an oil change & other services as needed. Thanks.

The place was busy when I went last Sunday, with cars in all bays and 2 cars in line behind them all. The guys working didn’t seem frustrated or frantic. They worked calmly but with a sense of urgency and I could hear them talking about how they could best tackle the amount of people since they were about to close. I thought they were all professional young men, so kudos to them! I was happy with how long it took for my service and the attention I was given. The gentleman seemed very genuine and knowledgeable as well.

Absolutely blow away by the great service Xander and Samuel just provided. We THOUGHT we were due for a change and after checking our oil, said we still had another 2k to go and to wait and save our money. This, is how you build a loyal customer base. Because now, I am coming back HERE when it is time. They checked all our fluids and tires and sent us on our way. You just gained a forever customer.

I had a great experience with Edgar and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, welcoming, and clearly focused on taking care of me . Edgar took the time to explain what was being done, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. The whole oil change process was smooth and organized. The team worked well together, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I really appreciated the honesty, transparency, and how quickly they got me back on the road without cutting corners.
