Oil Change in Oklahoma City, OK at 17 N. Council Road

Nice service that was efficient along with polite staff. When I got the bottle of water, the guy, at my request, showed me where the engine air filter was located since I had a question about its possible replacement from my last oil service. They later showed me the oil stick with the clean oil on it. The only slight peeve I had was with the other car, that was parked next to my car, pulling in shortly after mine, and ended up getting serviced first. The wait was then about 10 minutes or so extra. They kept coming over to say it wouldn't be too long, though. On my last visit, I was told to replace the engine air filter next time. When I took out my last service statement with that detail written on the back of it, a mechanic came up to me and showed me my used filter, saying it was still good. That was fine by me. I actually paid $10.00 less for the bill due to getting sold the 3 star rated oil instead of the 4 star rated one this time, which surprised me. At my request, because it needed to be done, the manager came over to reset the oil light sensor so that the oil light would end up saying it is at 100% vs. 15% full. On another note: I was there the day before to talk to a guy, (named Christian?) who told me that I could wait at least 4 days to change the oil, if I was staying in the area. My oil light had turned on Tuesday afternoon, and it was now Thursday. I had an event I had planned to do on that day, but I was there the following day. I appreciate his knowledge and reassurance on that detail.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Take 5 Oil Change. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again. From the second I pulled up, the team was fast, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — which is something I never thought I’d say about getting an oil change. Jose went absolutely above and beyond. He runs that place like a true professional and treats every customer like family. You can tell immediately that he genuinely cares about people, takes pride in his work, and leads an amazing team. He explained everything clearly, never tried to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure my vehicle was in perfect shape before I left. The level of customer service here is honestly rare nowadays. Everyone was positive, energetic, and efficient, and the shop itself was extremely clean and organized. They had me in and out unbelievably fast without sacrificing quality at all. If you need an oil change, do yourself a favor and go see Jose and the crew at Take 5 Oil Change. This was hands down the best automotive service experience I’ve had in years. 10/10 across the board.

This location that I went to I've been going there for the last few oil changes you guys always give me first rate job. Everyone at this location is always knowledgeable about everything and they explain things to you if you if you ask him questions they do a first-rate job I believe the prices are just about the same anywhere so they don't try to cheat you and they give you your money's worth keep up the good work and you'll be seeing me again thank you

This Take 5 is my family’s new oil change place since November 2025. Great efficient service as well as Friendly. Yukon lost my business after pulling me in the bay and then leaving me there for 20 mins. last August of 2025. Worked on the car that pulled in after I was there waiting. Then my 10 min oil change was 25 minutes because my technician was used on another car. Thx goodness for the Council Rd. and Reno location. 👍🏼👍🏼😉
