Absolutely phenomenal experience at Take 5 Oil Change. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again. From the second I pulled up, the team was fast, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — which is something I never thought I’d say about getting an oil change. Jose went absolutely above and beyond. He runs that place like a true professional and treats every customer like family. You can tell immediately that he genuinely cares about people, takes pride in his work, and leads an amazing team. He explained everything clearly, never tried to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure my vehicle was in perfect shape before I left. The level of customer service here is honestly rare nowadays. Everyone was positive, energetic, and efficient, and the shop itself was extremely clean and organized. They had me in and out unbelievably fast without sacrificing quality at all. Yukon lost my business after pulling me in the bay and then leaving me there for 20 mins. last August of 2025. Worked on the car that pulled in after I was there waiting. Then my 10 min oil change was 25 minutes because my technician was used on another car. Thx goodness for the Council Rd. and Reno location. 👍🏼👍🏼😉

I thought all they did was oil change, but during the introduction I was informed of all the other services they provided which I took advantage of so it truly is a one stop stop I’m not familiar with take fives on the East Coast. I need to explore a franchise opportunity.
Tonya Mial,Waited no longer than ten minutes, pulled us in , had me pop the hood, and then a swarm of humanity's came down before us, boom, less than 12 min..had my car completely finished. Techs checked all fluids and filled then if they were low. Checked all of the tires, including the spare. Put new oil filter in and filled with pure synthetic 0W-30. Had me start my car and techs checked for leaks. No leaks. Tech went over invoice with me, no hidden charges , explained everything. Great team work!! I will return.
