I know this sounds crazy, but this is the best oil change I have ever had. Sarah and the team were awesome and she made great recommendations and was honest throughout. It also only took about 20 minutes because of a coolant flush and the best part was that she saw my USAA card, asked if I was a veteran and so I saved there (think it was 20%). Either way, great place, great job, phenomenal staff and I'll be going here from here on out!

Everyone was professional, fast, friendly, and explained each service and did not try to upsell anything I didn’t need. I believe the young man that assisted me the most was named Aquarius, I apologize if I heard his name wrong, but he deserves a big shout out for his professional attitude and efficiency while training a new person and assisting all the other bays.

The one thing that I feel should be communicated better is when you pull in that second/third vehicle to tell them "We're pulling you in, but it'll still be a few minutes before we can actually begin checking out your vehicle, so please bear with us." Communicating that you are aware that they are waiting on you goes a long way for helping them be more patient.
