Oil Change in Edmond, OK at 1400 N Santa Fe.

This was my first time visiting take five oil change. They were very nice and they did a wonderful job. My only issue is, I had my own oil and oil filter that I brought with me that I wanted to use I was charged $54 And some change to change my oil. I can understand paying $25 or so for the environmental fee and the labor it took in order to change my oil. But that was excessive. The worker told me that it would have been less than $54 to change my oil if I had not brought my own oil. I prefer mobile, one full synthetic for the brand that I needed for my particular car.. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I was very grateful that they were open till 8 PM which allowed me to do it after work instead of on my lunch hour. I don’t know that I’ll be back, but it is nice to know that they are open late and that I can get it done after I get off I get off work.

I normally do all of my own vehicle maintenance, but I stopped in this week to save some time. The entire team did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and never tried to pressure into buying additional services, which I appreciated. During the service, they also performed a thorough inspection of the overall health of my vehicle. They caught a maintenance item that I had been neglecting, and addressing it now will likely save me from much more expensive repairs down the road. A special shoutout to Edward. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Great customer service makes a big difference, and he definitely went above and beyond. I’d absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

I usually use the dealership for our vehicle's maintenance, but today I decided my husband's Bronco needed an oil change, so I thought, "Why not?" 🚗🚙🔧🤔 I had a truly excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. 👍 When I pulled up, the technician first offered me a cold bottle of water 💧 before she asked any questions about my vehicle 🚗. Very thoughtful!! 🤗 The staff demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the required maintenance .✅🛠️ There were no unexpected additional services suggested, which is a common occurrence at other service centers that I have been to.
