Take 5 in Defiance is amazing!!!! The gentleman that were there they were very helpful. I travel for work and I was way overdue for an oil change. They did share with me the things that needed to be done to help my car run more efficiently. They also gave me a coupon to help since I was a little strapped on cash and didn’t get paid until the following day. They were kind helpful, clean my windshield and got me on my way. I have about a 4 1/2 hour Drive home and I feel much better that they took care of me! Great place friendly staff will definitely come back :-)
Karen Horton,Beautiful people, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I go to Take 5 a lot. I really like the one on Lima Rd in Ft Wayne. They use a great marketing tool. With the bottle of water, they also give you a Take 5 candy bar. That made a huge impression on me. You should do that too. Everyone remembers chocolate...not water.
