I had a bad taste after my first try with them because I sat for 30 minutes while the workers flirted with customers. Never got my oil changed. I decided to give them another try. Most importantly, I was impressed with the assistant Joseph who helped me. He was kind and cordial, listened to my concerns, even tacked up my hanging plastic piece under my car with a plastic tie as I requested and gave me photos of the issue from underneath. Top notch customer service by Joseph. He gets an A+ for professionalism. They honored my Veterans discount and gave me a water to drink in my car while I waited. I will be driving 45 minutes here to get my oil changed each time from now on because of their excellent service. Go here, you will be satisfied with their oil changed fee services, trust me!

I sat in my car, watched them pour the new oil in, check my air filter & even showed the the dipstick when finished all in less then 15 minutes. Definitely My new oil change shop. T.N.
Todd Nelson,I used to hate getting my oil changed because I'm a busy mom and it's an enormous hassle. Well, Take 5 has changed that entirely! I now look forward to it. It feels like a royal treatment compared to other places. They're friendly and helpful and even wipe down your windshield too! I would give them extra stars if I could and I've been raving about them to anyone who will listen. They are a bit pricey compared to say, Walmart, but honestly... who wants to sit in an uncomfortable chair for an hour just to save a few bucks? The extra $30 once every few months is so worth it for the experience!!
