Oil Change in Winston-Salem, NC at 6042 University Parkway

As always Take 5 looks out for there customers! I was warmly greeted by Russell and Christian! No wait at all ! Was there for a quick top off service before going on a trip out of town! They offered water and fruit snacks for my sons!! They saw an issue for concern with my vehicle and gave me several options on how to move forward! I didn’t feel pressured into the service which was wonderful because sometimes it’s just a day you don’t have it ! They introduced me to there Manager on Duty David and he checked just to make sure all service was handled properly with care !! I’m so grateful for the heads up in future service needed for my vehicle and the warmth of the employees!! Will always go back to this location!!

Russell, Britt, David, and another gentleman (so sorry I cannot remember his name) were absolutely wonderful just now. They checked everything, including my air filter which was filthy. Russell went across the street to an auto parts store after he discovered I needed a replacement filter that they were out of. There was also some commotion going on at the location at the time, and the staff sincerely apologized many times, as well as gave us a discount for any discomfort. Thank you all so much, and I will definitely be back!

Everyone has horror stories about their visits to oil change stations. As of yet, I have none. In fact, its probably one of my better tasks. I like the professionalism. They make the experience bearable with humor, which is sorely needed during these times. Above all else, I appreciate their efforts. They do what they can and try to make the experience a human one. I sincerely appreciate what they do.

I really would’ve given 5 stars, but my initial start of yesterday’s service didn’t go well at all. I have been a customer with take 5 from the “Guilford” and Forsyth counties for some years now. The young man who began my service at the Forsyth, didn’t seem to be a people person for the public AT ALL. He called me aggressive. I only was trying to let him know that “I didn’t recall needing a “bolt” for the air conditioning system. This young man was determined to make me read the print out. Aggressive was he. I asked to speak with someone else because this was ridiculous. We went back and forth about 5 times with him trying to get me to read the document. What if I couldn’t read? I only was trying to say, was, “I didn’t recall needing a bolt.” The assistant manager assisted me thereafter and explained what a bolt even was. I never got the chance to ask this young man. David had a great personality for the public people. Thanks David. However, I will start going back to the Guilford Co. Take 5. I’ve never had difficulties with them. They were like David. I work in the Forsyth area and would stop by there before going home. Never again.

This was my first time coming to a take 5 location and I got an oil change. Russell and Theo both provided great customer service and were very efficient. Russell let me know that they currently did not have the 0.16 oil that my car normally takes but he checked in his system and it said that it would be fine for them to put in 0.20 oil and then for my next oil change to go back to 0.16. I was a little skeptical about this at first but Russell reassured me that everything would be safe and fine so I agreed to get the service. I definitely will be back at this location. Thank you guys!
