Brittany is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! We were 4hrs into a 16hr road trip, our skid plate dropped down and started dragging on the interstate. I had the oil changed at a take 5 at home 2 days earlier. They didnt put it back on properly. They ended up using zip ties to attach it. Several bolts were missing. We went to the closest take 5 to see if there was anything they could do for us. Brittany got under the car and put it back on the right way and replaced the bolts that should have been there. Had us back on the road in no time! She was extremely nice and very friendly. Her customer service is second to none!!! She went above and beyond. She is the kind of person that every business should strive to have working for and representing them. If i could give her a 100 star review I would!!! Take 5 you should give Brittany a promotion and a raise!!!
This was my first time coming to a take 5 location and I got an oil change. Russell and Theo both provided great customer service and were very efficient. Russell let me know that they currently did not have the 0.16 oil that my car normally takes but he checked in his system and it said that it would be fine for them to put in 0.20 oil and then for my next oil change to go back to 0.16. I was a little skeptical about this at first but Russell reassured me that everything would be safe and fine so I agreed to get the service. I definitely will be back at this location. Thank you guys!
Had a great experience today getting my mother’s car serviced for an oil change. Britt and Solo (I think that’s his name) were very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. When I called the shop to get an inquiry regarding the price for an oil change that I wanted to get, Britt was informative and helpful regarding that. I didn’t have a wait time when I got there, which was great. Upon arriving, Britt handed me a cold bottle of water, which was greatly appreciated considering how hot it was outside. Also, she was very professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient when it came to performing my oil change. Solo was nice and very helpful as well. While recording some of my necessary information, he informed me of what other needed services I should get while I was there. It was greatly appreciated. Also, he was good with assisting Britt during the service. They both had great customer service and made everything a smooth sailing process. I would definitely recommend and come back again!
