What can I even say..? I’ve seen many beautiful things in my life. Marriages of cousins, birds of prey dropping squirrels from 60ft in the air, hurricanes..scenes that make you really contemplate God and the universe. Above all.. unexpectedly, Take 5 Oil Change.. in Winston Salem.. with Brittany (Britney?).. and her team of Douglas and that other guy, maybe his name was Jeremy, but that scene- these three hardworking beings, draining my oil from my road-driven car, talking, like birds chirping in the trees.. I can still hear “heard!” echoing in the chambers of my heart. A beautiful moment.. I’m so glad I shared with them. If I could take it all back.. go back in time 5 thousand miles,, I would’ve made the 4 hour trek to their Take 5 oil change. Oh why, can’t we experience first times more than once? They made love to my car.. I will never forget this. Thank you for the beautiful memories we shared.
My experience getting an oil change Was quick and easy drive through process. The staff was very friendly. While I was getting an oil change, they check my pressures on my tires and add more air as needed. They also checked all of my filters in my car. On my way out they cleaned my windshield I can literally say they went above and beyond Jeremy, Russell, and Doug did a great job
Brittany is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! We were 4hrs into a 16hr road trip, our skid plate dropped down and started dragging on the interstate. I had the oil changed at a take 5 at home 2 days earlier. They didnt put it back on properly. They ended up using zip ties to attach it. Several bolts were missing. We went to the closest take 5 to see if there was anything they could do for us. Brittany got under the car and put it back on the right way and replaced the bolts that should have been there. Had us back on the road in no time! She was extremely nice and very friendly. Her customer service is second to none!!! She went above and beyond. She is the kind of person that every business should strive to have working for and representing them. If i could give her a 100 star review I would!!! Take 5 you should give Brittany a promotion and a raise!!!
