Oil Change in Charlotte, NC at 1836 W. Mallard Creek Church Rd.

hate going to get an oil change alone, but I really needed one. Came in on 6/13 around 4:30 PM. Came for an oil change. Left with an oil change and a filter. No surprise expenses, no “your car is barely hanging on” speeches, no pressure to buy anything extra. Just honest, quick service. All the guys there were all polite and professional, and they actually took the time to educate me about what my car needed without trying to upsell me into financial stress. This was also the fastest I have ever been in and out of a Take 5. Imagine that. 😂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My best experience so far! Not as if it was ever bad for me at any location, however, today they were very professional and kind. I came thru visibly upset and trying to maintain my composure they were very professional and even took their time to explain my filter to me very kind. Very patient. I appreciate each and every one of your employees today. I can tell that it was just the culture instead of just a job and that’s a big deal. I do not remember names again. I was very upset but as I was pulling off, I do remember my gosh thank you for kindness in this world.

Keaon at the Mallard Creek Charlotte location was AMAZING!! He was so helpful and showed me my cabin filter was dirty and that I needed coolant. Normally, I don’t get add ons as I feel they can be unnecessary or are just trying to make more money, but Keaon made me feel confident in the need for these add ons, while still making sure I was using the available coupons online. 10/10 service. Give Keaon a raise! :)

I had a really great experience when I came in for an oil change this past Saturday. From the moment I pulled in, the customer service stood out. One of the workers immediately greeted me with a bottle of water and asked how he could help, which I truly appreciated. Shortly after, the manager, Brandon, stepped in to assist his team and handled my paperwork. He was very pleasant, professional, and made the entire process smooth. He kept me informed, made sure my vehicle was well taken care of, and even had a few additional things checked and handled without any hassle. Overall, the service was efficient, welcoming, and exceeded my expectations. It’s clear the team works well together and values great customer care. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location!

I have my oil changed at the Mallard Creek # 0027 location. My most recent visit was 2/25/23. Gabe served as my technician. He is ALWAYS very nice and professional. But what’s most important is trusting the information I received about my car. He has never steered me wrong. That is why I am a return customer. I trust him with my car. He is very knowledgeable and he always explains the service needed and not needed. I cannot say enough about Gabe!
