I went to the sunset road location for a high mileage oil. The technicians were friendly and seemed to follow the company’s checks and procedures. Some of what I heard them do when they were serving on my vehicle, I have never seen any of the other Take 5 locations do! It really made me feel comfortable, listening to them quality check behind each other. I’m guessing the other locations I have gone to probably were skipping some of those verbal prompt techniques. I will definitely be back to this location, I felt like the team there really followed the companies protocols to ensure customer satisfaction. My interaction was quick and fast.
My rear wiper was wiping the body of the car instead of the rear windshield. Within a minute, they fixed it, and it was working perfectly! These guys do an exceptional job! I strongly recommend Take 5 Oil Change for oil changes and wiper services. You’ll have a great experience!
