Take 5 is always very professional and polite. Great service. Throughly enjoy quick oil changes while I sit in the car rather than going to competitors with an appointment and them always running behind and taking more than an hour for an oil change. I switched to take 5 about 5 oil changes ago and although about 20% more than competitors you have to make appointments with, it’s worth the speedy and confident service I get. Also I can get an oil change on MY time not the competitors time.

Gio and his staff are super friendly and informative. I showed up for my oil change and they immediately recognized they didn't have my oil filter in stock. Immediately Gio got on the phone and contacted a hardware store and had the part there within 10 minutes. While that was going on they still had time to drain my oil and prep the vehicle. I was in an out in 35 minutes which was impressive given the circumstances. They're not pushy salesmen and just wanna make sure the customers are happy. It's refreshing to see this kind of service nowadays. They have my business forever.

The staff were also extremely friendly, going over my service options and checking my car over during the oil change. They offer free oil level and fluid checks between oil changes (and gave me a sticker to help me remember when to come back). I will be back!
