Honestly, one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. From the moment I pulled in they brought me an ice cold water on 100° day. I feel terrible that I don’t remember the three guys names who worked on my vehicle but they were awesome. When was the store manager another was the assistant store manager and one was a guy in training. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were polite funny and got the job done! 10/10 will be going back!
I came in on 6/22 to get an oil change. Staff handed me a cold water, and got my work done quickly, and with a professional demeanor. I appreciate that they offer services like my air filter, but don’t pressure you. The tech was candid that while I didn’t need to do it right then, it should be taken care of as soon as possible, whether there or somewhere else. I have been here a few times now, and everyone is always friendly knowledgeable, and helpful. I also appreciate that with the cost of a synthetic oil change nowadays, the up to 50% coupon came in handy, and brought the price down some. I would recommend Take 5, and will definitely be back again!
I brought my car to them for a quick oil change and even though my car is an OLD beat up thing, they were nice and worked with me. I had a large oil leak and they were very kind to let me know the extent of what was going on and some suggestions on where to go next to fix it. The team here is great and truly cares about the customer experience!
