After a long wait to get in the door and then a misunderstanding about the price quoted to me on the website, I was NOT happy. But the very kind manager at the Ft Wright location made my day by giving me the service free of charge. I certainly did not expect to pay nothing. This was over and above my expectations. I have been to this location a few times and this was the first time there was any problem. Since the manager made it "right", I'm sure I will go back.

I used to go to the Erlanger shop, but I had to switch to Fort Wright the second Steven changed locations because he’s simply the best. He and his coworker took great care of me today with a radiator flush and still managed to get my crew in and out in record time. Give these guys a raise! Thanks Steven!
Jessica Snodgrass,Only complaint is all these “quick” lube places r not so quick!!!! Lines take firever to move then your in bay to get top off or oil chg & that takes too long i think…. Used to be quicker hiwever everybody working shirthanded!! The staff were so kind & professional but funny!! So i guess didnt mind the 45-55 min wait

I was on my way out of town for a work trip in Tennessee and got an alert that my coolant was low and needed air in my tires, so they fixed me right up as quickly as possible (free of charge as I was in between oil changes with them). They were also thoughtful in telling me that I might need new tires soon, so that was really nice of them. They have a life long customer now! Thanks!
