After a long wait to get in the door and then a misunderstanding about the price quoted to me on the website, I was NOT happy. But the very kind manager at the Ft Wright location made my day by giving me the service free of charge. I certainly did not expect to pay nothing. This was over and above my expectations. I have been to this location a few times and this was the first time there was any problem. Since the manager made it "right", I'm sure I will go back.

I was on my way out of town for a work trip in Tennessee and got an alert that my coolant was low and needed air in my tires, so they fixed me right up as quickly as possible (free of charge as I was in between oil changes with them). They were also thoughtful in telling me that I might need new tires soon, so that was really nice of them. They have a life long customer now! Thanks!

Two dudes with good attitudes and didn't push anything I didn't need. Got my oil changed and a new air filter in my car for about $100 was in there for maybe 15 minutes. Overall a solid place in the area to get your oil changed.
Kyle Johnson,First time at a Take 5 and was very pleased. Cameron was great with talking to me about everything and explained his reasoning with doing some extra work. He did not push me to do the extra work but asked about the history of the car and looked up in the system past oil changes and checks before moving forward. Pulled out my engine air filter which I have not changed and threw a new one in quickly. He showed me my coolant and asked about history and performance before asking if I wanted to do it. Whole experience was quick, easy and educational.
Logan Richie,It was a Friday at like 4 so they were pretty busy. I got stuck behind a vehicle that was taking a lot of time. Employees kept coming to check on me and then had me pull to another lane that was going faster so I could get out of there. I noticed they kept looking at me nervously and I realize now that I probably looked really upset or annoyed but it wasn’t with them. It was my child in the backseat with a steering wheel toy and she kept honking the horn over and over…everyone was kind and did a great job!
