Oil Change in West Palm Beach, FL at 1000 Northlake Blvd.

The staff at this location were courteous, knowledgeable, concise, and very efficient. They were not pushy about recommended services but informed be why they would be helpful to do along with the oil change. When an item was not available they used the time during service to acquire the part and complete all of the maintenance I need without me needing to return to finish the work later. They were all polite and helpful and I’m grateful for them making the process so easy. I’ve never had a car service go so quickly and at a good price, too

I’ll never go anyplace else,! Calvin helped me out and noticed my wiper blades needed to be replaced and that’s something I only think about when it’s pouring. Thank you for looking out for me, they have great prices and great customer service. I’ll be back for my next change guaranteed! So forgive me it’s been over a year and 15,000 miles since my last oil change, yes I live on the edge , Marvin was able to help me with so many things today , I guess they have never seen a more beat up filter or two before. I use my car daily and put a lot of miles in, goodness gracious Marvin and Tasha probably saved my life today. I hope I can be like regular people and come back in 3500 miles and not in another 15 . Great service, they are also very friendly and kind and didn’t shame me for not doing this sooner. I will only come here. I think they are a great team and I’m a happy happy customer! There was another nice person that helped with putting air gilter in and she was also very helpful , I was just worried she would hurt her back, they don’t have easy jobs. They even gave me water and a snack!

I rarely leave reviews but I had to pay homage to the staff at this take five location. Especially Jesse and Marvin who took care of an issue that I had with my truck after I left 2 days prior. I did have a little anxiety before I came back up to the shop because I have had bad experiences with jiffy lube but they took care of me as soon as I pulled up fix the situation expeditiously and sent me on my way it is hard to trust people in this industry at shops like this but when you find good people like this location it's valuable and I have no qualms about coming back for future services the money was well spent. This means a lot to a guy like me who has trust issues with auto shops. I will go out of my way to refer people to this location just because these two guys work there. good job fellas and keep up the good and honest work. God Bless yal.

Went in for an oil change, coolant flush and diff flush. Speedy and friendly service. The next day I was driving along and all of a sudden my car overheated, zero coolant. Called the store, the manager immediately drove out to my location with coolant. Found one of the hoses broke off. Helped me get it off. Once I fitted the new hose, and got back to the store, the manager gave me a free coolant flush.

Incredibly fast and professional I was in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. They brought a bottle of water right to my door when I pulled up for me and My Son. They were extremely polite and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to go there for a quick oil change.
