Oil Change in West Palm Beach, FL at 1935 N Jog Road

First time at Take 5 Oil Change and it was a great experience from start to finish. Before I even drove into the garage, I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a bottle of water on a very hot day, which was greatly appreciated. AJ, Nathaniel, and Ashton worked extremely well together servicing my truck. They were all friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to see a team that actually communicates and takes pride in their work. Also appreciated that they offer a 25% discount for military/veterans, which was a great bonus. Thank you, gentlemen, for the outstanding service. I will definitely be back!

This location went above & beyond! I have used Take 5 for years because of their great service and veterans discount. I moved and went to a new location. This crew took care of my oil change quickly and professionally. One of the techs, Daylan, went above and beyond, and was able to locate my difficult to remove Interior filter and was able to change it for the first time in years. Usually the techs give up, But Daylan, removed my entire front panel & glove box to gain access to a difficult location. I was so thankful & appreciate his dedication to helping his customers. I will recommend this location to everyone.

Excellent service, we tried to do our own oil change on my grandfather's car but could not remove the bolt out of the drip pan which was machined on by his repair shop. Stopped at Take 5 oil for the first time based on a suggestion, Nate and Ash were extremely helpful and positive, they were able to remove the stripped bolt and got us in and out in a timely manner. We were offered the upsell of a transmission fluid flush but we did not know if my grandfather had done it so held off but were impressed with the services offered here. We will be coming back in the future :-)

I was pleased with the service, but the young fellow, trued talking me into getting a coolant flush when my car clearly didn't need it, as I had already taken care of that recently. He even asked me how much do I care about my car, because he said it was very low on coolant. I told him I'd check with my bf, who knows a lot about mechanics, so when I told tue technician no, and that they should just do all fluid refills , but he didn't even fill the coolant. What I do like is they give you a complimentary bottled water, and allow me to use digital coupons, which definitely helps, with everything being so expensive these days!

Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The team was fast, professional, and really respectful the whole time. I liked that I didn’t even have to get out of my car, and they explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into extra services. The whole process was quick and easy.
