I had such a great experience at this location, especially for my first time coming in! Mike and Jevon were both so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always nice to come across people who genuinely care about providing great customer service. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Mike and Jevon!
I visited this Take 5 on Jog Road yesterday and although I’ve almost been pretty much satisfied with the level of service I receive at these places ( I’ve used them from Orlando thru WPB), this particular location exceeded my expectations, not only did I receive a top tier service level, but the workers here, ALL OF THEM, were so professional, friendly, and thoughtful. They DID NOT PUSH anything I didn’t need and were quite knowledgeable and informative about my car. I’m relieved and grateful that I have such a great place to visit now for my car maintenance needs. THANK YOU ALL!!
I had a great experience at this location! A special shout-out to Mike Coleman, who was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything beforehand, which I really appreciated because it ensured there were no “surprises” at the end. His overall demeanor and customer service were exceptional—something that can be hard to find these days. Thank you, Mike, for making the experience such a positive one!
