5 stars all around! Natalia and her team were amazing from start to finish. They changed my oil, topped off all my fluids, and even put air in my tires without me having to ask. Everyone was super professional, fast, and friendly. It’s hard to find honest places with great customer service nowadays, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend coming here if you want quality service and a team that actually cares about their customers!

Great experience - as I pulled up I was greeted by an associate with a cold bottle of water (so refreshing, especially in central Florida). I pulled into the stall and had them do an oil change and new windshield wipers. Everything was done, including topping off fluids, tire pressure, and cleaning the windshield in less than 15 minutes! Through, quick and professional. Can't ask for anything more - except for the 50% off coupon I got doing a Google search.

Words cannot describe the appreciation I have for the crew at Take 5 oil change services. I drive s Hybrid and used to take the car to the dealership, until I took it, they charged me. Got home and my partner went under the hood. Same oil. Now my trust is 100% on this crew. Entegrity, considerstion and great customer service. Sometimes I go to get the oil change and the boys will see if I really nees the oil change or they woukd let me know if I cam hold off for s few more Miles. They habe my trust…..why gamble with your oil change? Come see the Crew ss I call them and see for yourself.

After using take 5 for years but visiting this location at Colonial and John Young for the first time, I can say it was the best oil change experience I ever had. I’ll be coming back there specifically for sure. The guys took great care of me, provided available discounts, recommendations and excellent customer service.
