I’ve been to Take 5 a handful of times in my life, various locations. But THIS PLACE?!!!!! AH-MAZ-ING!!!! I arrived shortly before close. They welcomed me with a smile and great vibes. They checked things that EVERY OTHER LOCATION I’d been to, NEVER checked. They were attentive, prompt, polite plus I and my car were treated with care?!?! All of the things that represent great customer service! I live about an hour away but I would go out of my way to go back to this particular location to visit with this particular group of staff because my experience was that great! From management, down they all NEED A RAISE!!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!

It was my first time coming in, and they made sure that I was well informed, part of every decision and step, let me know what my options were anytime they found something that needed to be changed, and they were all so sweet, fast, and efficient. For the complete oil change that I got, with added labor for windshield wipers, and a cabin air filter, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes For the same quality, and quantity of services, I would have paid more firestone, had to wait around for 5 hours even with an appointment, and they would have completely forgotten me in the lobby. Y'all are great, thank you so much guys~

You can tell that the employees and management are all involved in the operations and truly work as a team. As a Floridian, I was blown away with the offer of water bottles for myself, and such a small gesture went a long way. Anastasia and the whole crew were efficient, kind, and went above and beyond. In an era of declining customer service, its safe to say that quality service and genuine compassion are still reigning strong here.
