After a very unfortunate experience at the West Avenue location, I came to the Blanco Road Take 5 not knowing what to expect. What I received was 10 out of 10 service from every single employee — kind, professional, and respectful from start to finish. I declined an air filter check, as I have that handled at my dealership. After a previous technician Christian (CJ) at West Avenue was dismissive and disrespectful about that same request, I was honestly dreading having to say no again. The Blanco Road team respected my decision without hesitation and made me feel like a valued customer. I almost gave up on Take 5 entirely but this location changed my mind completely. Because of them, I am still a loyal customer and will be sending everyone I know here for their oil changes. Thank you to the entire Blanco Road team. You have no idea how much your kindness and professionalism meant after the experience I had. This is how every customer should be treated

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. They walked me through everything they were doing, explained my options clearly without any pressure, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What really stood out was how fast the service was without sacrificing quality. I stayed in my car the whole time, and they had me in and out in just minutes. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, communicating with each other and double-checking everything to make sure it was done right. I also appreciated the honesty. They checked my fluids and filters but didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most stress-free oil changes I’ve ever had. Great service, great people, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Arturo and Tommy did such a great job on my oil change, they were very quick, explained everything well, very kind, and accepted my discount coupon to give me some money off. Very affordable and great experience 10/10 recommend this location & I will be going back! They even explained to me how my oil had been leaking due to whoever did the last oil change (not take 5) and they fixed the issue! Left here feeling at peace that my car was running well & everything was done right! Came back 2 days later because my skid plate was hanging and they fixed it for me even though they didn’t have to. They are truly the best!

GREAT SERVICE! first time i came and took it in for an oil change they caught a leak, took it in to the dealership and fixed it FOR FREE! (the you g guy with the beard) today went in for an oil change and turns out i was early, (marcel!) saved me some money! went ahead and checked everything for me and topped it off, made sure it was healthy! they are always Super attentive, funny and good!

I’ve been getting oil changes since 1975 and this Take 5 Oil Change experience has to be THE best I’ve ever experienced! No “getting out of your vehicle” you stay inside your car. The staff are highly personable, extremely knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. No high pressure, no condescending attitude, nothing but professional, respectful, advice, and help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marcell, Lorenzo and Thomas were amazing! So delightful and refreshing an experience!
