Matt & AJ have extraordinary customer service skills. I was in and out quickly offered water and explained services every step of the way! Never felt pressured to buy or upgrade a service. I live in Alamo ranch across town but because of the service I received here I will be coming back for sure! Way to go gentleman keep up the outstanding work! I love this place. Recommend people to come here. Not just take 5, but this location in general. As a customer I can tell there is a great work environment. Alijah (AJ) is a great manager and makes everyone feel welcomed. I appreciate the waters they give during the wait during the hot weather. All employees are very knowledgeable with great customer service. My windshield wipers were messed up and AJ was able to help me with them. This location genuinely cares for their customers and personally feel they went above and beyond their services. Will be coming back ☺️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! I came in because I was having an issue with my engine oil, and Jasmine took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable with what was going on instead of just rushing me through the process.(even after going to the wrong entrance) 😂😮‍💨🙏🏼 Angelo was just as amazing. They made sure my vehicle was taken care of and back up and running, and both of them worked efficiently without sacrificing great customer service. They even offered me a bottle of water while I waited, which was a small gesture that really showed they care about their customers. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to come across people who genuinely enjoy helping others and treat you with kindness and respect. Jasmine and Angelo made what could have been a frustrating situation a positive experience. Their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service definitely earned my trust. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I stopped into Take 5 because my tire pressure light came on and it worried me. I grateful that the gentlemen at Take 5 could check this for me. This is where I have gone for years because a dear friend said they are excellent. They even made sure the amount of air was correct by taking the time to check the door of my vehicle where it states the specifications for my car. I was suprised that on my car the front tires require more air than the back tires. I was impressed that they took time to make sure the details were all correct. My warning light immediately went away after the tire check. They offered me a bottle of water as well. These are the reasons why I continue to go here whenever I have this issue. All of the employees are nice and professional. Today I am complimenting AJ , Mathew, and Angelo for helping me with my tire issues which allowed me to go back to my driving safely. This brought peace of mind and I am thankful to them and to Take 5 Oil Change on West Avenue....a great location with exellent service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was there today, and it took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get everything done. AJ was outstanding—very attentive and made sure the job was done correctly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the other two ladies, especially the heavier-set one. She was not professional at all. AJ seemed to be carrying the team and ensuring everything was completed properly. Thank you, AJ, for your excellent customer service and attention to detail. I'll definitely be back soon with my other cars.
