I had an excellent experience at this location. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was professional, friendly, and respectful. They explained every step of the service clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. In addition to the oil change and oil filter replacement, they checked several important components of my vehicle, including the air filter, cabin filter, fluid levels, transmission, coolant, windshield washer fluid, tires, and more. They took the time to explain what needed attention and gave me the option to decide which services I wanted, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain when I should return for my next oil change and how to keep my vehicle in good condition. I work in customer service as well, so I know firsthand that it is not always easy to maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude throughout the day. I visited around 4:00 PM, when many people have already spent hours assisting customers, and yet I still received warm, patient, and professional service from the entire team. A special thank you to Ric and the rest of the team for their outstanding work. That Crew is a TEAM!!! Even though they were backed up 7 cars, He told Me it would be 45 minute wait! Being from San Diego I needed the oil change before going back. They got me in and out 30 minutes. Even tried to Upsale me a AIR filter!! Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. As a former Navy F-14 Hydraulic system mechanic 20ys. I liked the Way they worked together, helping each other. That was TEAMWORK!!! I will look for another station in San Diego, CA. Hopefully We have one there! Ron

The service was great. The digital coupon made the price reasonable, because I was shocked to know the price has gone up! The oil change was very quick and efficient, and the air filter checks were probably the most priceless thing as I learned. I had an indoor cabin air filter in my glove compartment. The entire time I’ve had Barry and I never knew it. They always take great care of me when I come, and I appreciate the work they do.

While working out of town my fiance took one of our trucks to get service at this location the young ladies that serviced the truck were excellent and identified a mistake that was performed on our last service from ex employees in which they didn't mix the right ratio of antifreeze causing minor rust in the reservoir. After my fiance went got the right documentation that was asked for; they fixed it. But if it was discovered that your company messed up they should fix it automatically with no hassle.

Respectable and quick with service. They offer water and if something is going bad on your car, they’ll offer you to change it, and if you say no, they keep doing their job instead of pressuring you to buy something, but will recommend you change it the next time you get an oil change.
