The location is always clean and well maintained, and I never feel pressured or pushed into paying for extra services I don’t need. Huge bonus points for going above and beyond with my kids — they brought fruit snacks and Capri Suns out to the car for my crying children, which honestly made my day. Stopped in this past week for an impromptu oil change. My check engine light was a subtle reminder of how I had been neglecting my truck. Thankfully there was no wait time, and I was pulled right into the garage. Rory and Ryan did an amazing job. I appreciate their sales technique as it’s not too pushy. I chose to have them rotate my tires, flush my radiator, replace my windshield wipers, in addition to the oil change. They also topped off my washer fluid. Spent about 20 minutes watching Rory and Ryan move with precision like a NASCAR pit crew. They communicated throughout the entire process, double-checking things like the new oil plug gasket, proper tire torque, and fluid levels. They were very friendly and professional, and you could tell they were well trained and following the proper procedures. That level of transparency really builds trust and credibility in their services, unlike some dealerships where you can feel pressured or unimportant. Overall, this was one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Fast, professional, transparent service with zero pressure. Upon arrival was greeted with a pleasant warm greeting from the staff Toju, and his colleague.they were so nice! Explain everything the whole process of changing oil of the car, it was done so quickly and clean. Checked even the coolant. The whole experience was awesome! Excellent Service and highly recommended! Definitely coming back! Thank you so much!😇🙏 I went yesterday for the second time! for oil change but i still need 4000 miles and it still so clear and clean. Staffs were so polite and honest, upon arrival was given a bottle of cold purified water. Attended right away checking everything like water for wiper and air for tires. So fast Highly recommended! Please come visit have your car’s change oil and check on this place. Clean place polite and honest staffs and excellent value for money. My dad recommended I go to Take 5 for my oil change & I’m really glad I did! As I pulled up, I was greeted by Coen who offered me a water bottle & helped me direct my car to the proper placement. I liked the concept of staying comfortable in my car too while it was being done. While Coen worked on my car, Rory was explaining the different oil options. They were both very professional & Rory in particular was super friendly & fun to chat with! For the price, especially with a coupon, the service was very reasonable in my opinion for all they do (oil changes, checking filters, topping off fluids, etc). Rory also told me I can bring my receipt to the car wash service across the street for a free wash! Service was great & easy, will definitely recommend & will return!

I went to the location in Ellisville, MO. I Got my oil changed and tires rotated for a decent price! I was helped by Rory and Tristian who were very helpful and worked hard (they even washed my windshield before I left). I also got a free water from take 5 while waited, and a free car wash from AutoSpa with my oil change. Now my car looks good and runs good, so I’d say it’s worthwhile. I’ll be coming back again!
