Jay and Dion were awesome. They explained everything they were doing showed me the parts, answered all my questions. I know this is typical of similar shops with the exception of a cold bottle of water when I was greeted and incredible Customer Service. I’m in the service industry and that will always catch my eye. Great eye contact when speaking to me made me feel like this was my time with them for the servicing of my car. I would definitely recommend this location.Thank you, Jay and Dion.

I had an appointment at my dealer, but when I arrived they said it would be a four-hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. I left and went to Take 5 instead—best decision. Tyler and his team got me in and out fast. He showed me that my dealer had installed my cabin filter wrong (it was bent) and even checked my engine air filter, letting me know it didn’t need to be replaced.He also did a coolant flush for less than half of what the dealer quoted. I had my oil changed, wipers replaced, and cabin filter changed—all in under an hour. Awesome, honest service. Highly recommend Take 5. I’ll be going there from now on instead of the dealer.

Al and Jay made my day!! I can't thank them enough for the wonderful service I was given. I am still blown away at the customer service I received. That is so rare these days. Car problems stress me out, and they couldn't have been more helpful. I also got my fluids topped off. And there was no charge! I will be back, as will my husband. Thank you again Jay and Al!!

This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. I pulled in with a low air tire and drive away with all four tires aired, fluids filled and windows cleaned. Dion, jay, and Zach had great customer service and amazing personalities. Make this your stop if you are in need!!!! I will definitely be back for my oil change!

This was my first time using Take 5 and am sorry I didn't find them sooner! Was greeted with a smile and a cold bottle of water, then was elated to see price for my oil change much lower than our usual place, and had everything checked, oil changed, and out of their in no time. Was very pleasedvand recommend them highly!
