Deon and Jay helped me. I never leave reviews but the experience was so good i wanted to.. dont expect special service from an instant oil place.. but it was such a great experience that it made my day.. the guys were so nice and helpful the whole time.. they gave my kids treats and water.. they saved me some money without asking.. ive never wanted to go back to an oil place.. they are all the same right? Not this shop! Its a step above the others. I will always go back!

Jay and Dion were awesome. They explained everything they were doing showed me the parts, answered all my questions. I know this is typical of similar shops with the exception of a cold bottle of water when I was greeted and incredible Customer Service. I’m in the service industry and that will always catch my eye. Great eye contact when speaking to me made me feel like this was my time with them for the servicing of my car. I would definitely recommend this location.Thank you, Jay and Dion.

I had an appointment at my dealer, but when I arrived they said it would be a four-hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. I left and went to Take 5 instead—best decision. Tyler and his team got me in and out fast. He showed me that my dealer had installed my cabin filter wrong (it was bent) and even checked my engine air filter, letting me know it didn’t need to be replaced.He also did a coolant flush for less than half of what the dealer quoted. I had my oil changed, wipers replaced, and cabin filter changed—all in under an hour. Awesome, honest service. Highly recommend Take 5. I’ll be going there from now on instead of the dealer.

OMG!! this was the best oil change experience of my life and I am 60 years old. Jay & Dion were fantastic!! I rarely see as customer service at this level. I will be telling all my friends about this place. Thank God Valvoline was closed across the street. I will continue here for as long as the service that Jay and Dion showed they are an asset to this company!! Keep up the great work.

Al and Jay made my day!! I can't thank them enough for the wonderful service I was given. I am still blown away at the customer service I received. That is so rare these days. Car problems stress me out, and they couldn't have been more helpful. I also got my fluids topped off. And there was no charge! I will be back, as will my husband. Thank you again Jay and Al!!
