Great experience - price, customer service, information sharing and time spent. Both the manager Brandon and his helper were very friendly, gave me lots of good information about services that I should consider once my mileage reached a certain level (having access to CarFax they could see all prior maintenance ) and did not push additional services or costs which I very much appreciated. They even pointed out where a previous service department had broken screws off of my air filter cover and told me how to fix it. Given that they have a loyalty customer program with discounts, plus the amazing set I received, I absolutely will be back to have my oil changed here—great job guys!

I went in for an oil change and they explained everything that was included with the oil change. They asked me questions on any other service I might need while not being pushy. They physically showed me the difference between new filters and mine before I agreed to pay for it and they checked to make sure I did not have a service done in my carfax so I was not paying for a service twice. Everything took an hour but I had them check Oil change wiper blades Air filter Cabin filter A tire rotation And a coolant exchange Plus they changed some gaskets and plugs for free that needed changed.

Guys were all great, stopped because my oil Pressure was giving me funky readings on a brand new vehicle. They were more than helpful and definitely looked out for the best interest of the customer versus the company. I have a maintenance contract with Ford, but will likely still use the shop!!!

This place is FANTASTIC in every way! First I called Super Bowl Sunday to see if they had availability which they did! Andrew was very helpful over the phone and even told me about the deals going on! Once I arrived they changed my oil for a fraction of what valvoline should have costed while they were at it they checked my cabin air filter and other things that normal people tend to overlook on their vehicles! They were done with the entire process within 20 minutes. They also told me as I was leaving after five oil changes the next one was free! This place genuinely cares about you the customer and your vehicle. Highly Recommended!!!!!

Great team with a great can-do attitude! Worked together how to figure out the details of the oil change on my GLK 350. I provided the correct filter, and the team did the rest. You should have nitrogen for those of us who use it in our tires.
