Cambio de aceite en Valdosta, GA en Take 5 #1351

We frequent Take 5 for oil changes, etc. Unfortunately, this week when I went for a standard oil change, I came home and all the oil had leaked by the next morning. We called the site and the manager, Donnie, called us back. Donnie was empathetic, customer-service oriented and thorough. Right away, he wrote down the details and assured us a tech would come to us within the next few hours. Donnie even gave us a follow up call when the tech was en route. The tech, Jayce, is the kind of person who is going to do everything in his power to make it right. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He realized it was not a leak, but a boiling out of oil due to the filter gasket being broken- a manufacturer defect. Once the issue was fixed, oil filled, Jayce and Donnie "made it right" even more by taking care of us in the future. We appreciate it! Thank you Take 5, our service with you will continue! Not because we had an innocent issue, but because of the way you promptly handled and corrected it without any fuss or making the customer feel any way but taken care of.

Stopped by and Jake took great care of me. He greeted me with a bottle of water and a Capri Sun for my grandson and provided top-notch service from start to finish. He even checked my cabin air filter behind the glove box at no extra charge, which is something no other quick lube center I've visited has ever done. Everything was completed quickly, and all fluid levels were verified before I left. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Very professional,, they did try and up sale several items but was not in the least bit pushy or repetitive,, I actually did purchase a new air filter but they gave the choice ,,I was recommended by a friend to try this after complaining of the the week wait time at most “quick lube” places ,, I’ll be going back and recommend you give them a try

Due to my bad anxiety, I'd been putting getting my oil change off for a LONG time. I finally got myself to go during a lunch break and to be honest, I'm very happy with the service I received. Everyone I dealt with was personable and seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing. Everything they offered, I needed and they also gave me some good advice for other things. They have amazing teamwork and helped me out big time. I've seen people saying prices were too high but I don't agree. You pay for labor and convenience. Some people just don't get that. You don’t expect good service like this often. I'll definetly be back! 🙏🏾💯

Very professional. They were courteous, polite, and patient with an old codger like me. They were very helpful in resetting my gauges and getting me on my way. My whole experience of maybe 15 minutes, at tops, was most accommodating. UI will be back!
