Employees did a great job. The problem is they have no good cooling system and they look like they’re about to pass out. customer is also sweating because the Aircon or fan system doesn’t have any type of cool breeze. It’s almost 100° here in Live Oak Florida. You need to work on a way to keep your employees cooled down.. The pit section is not cooled down They need a fan to keep them cool when they change oil filter filters.. One employee almost passed out!

Charles was absolutely AMAZING! Professional, made the best out of a very busy, hot, and i’m sure irritating day! It was so hot! But he remained calm, cool and kind. Even with his coworker, AJ (Amanda)… whom did her job well. I know it was a hot and probably stressful time and I understand getting overwhelmed and overworked without a break… but the comments she was making infront of a customer was really unprofessional and weird to me. She complained a lot. Which, that entrance bell could probably get to everyone, but you chose this job… you service members of the public… there are going to be busy days.. I appreciate you both, but AJ could really take some pointers and work ethic from Charles. Talking about suing the company you work for and making comments about them ruining vehicles and adding water to fuel is not a good thing to blurt out standing right next to a customer. I get being upset and we can all be over dramatic sometimes in certain situations. and I don’t know what was going on in her life so I always give people the benefit of the doubt. But she was kind of off putting and seemed rude and I felt so bad for Charles having to put up with that type of attitude all day. I hope he doesn’t let that ruin his kindness and he keeps doing such an amazing job! He deserves a raise!!! But thank you both to AJ and Charles for putting up with this heat.

Yo was awesome. The manager also! (I am SO sorry but I forgot his name) 😬 Both of them made it clear that I didn't need to have the oil changed! We were still 1k miles away from the 3k point! They checked my oil and my air filter and we were good. There are less scrupulous people that would have did it anyway and charged me and it's always nice to run across an honest person. Additional review: These guys are just great, and still as honest. They replaced my wiper blades and STARTED off at the $20 blades instead of the more expensive pair. Overheard me remembering that (yet again) I forgot the coupon that I have seen numerous times, ugh! Then I was telling my daughter that I have never used the weekly coupon at Dollar General....we were just laughing at me being my own bad luck. Then he asks me if I'd checked my email. Boom! 20 or 25%. The one place where good service hides. 😂

I came by the live oak location and was met by Charles & Charles a true dynamic duo. They changed my oil and Informed me of a few recalls my vehicle has. They truly went above and beyond and their customer service was exceptional. I'll definitely be back as well as recommend their services. Thank you

Super awesome staff. Took their time to find my cabin filter and clean everything it was awesome!!! Just so hot when you’re sitting there getting oil changed. I hate that I needed an oil change bc it being so hot maybe some shop fans will be perfect
