Update (06/27/26): no change in my rating with Take 5 on Cumming Highway/Sugar Hill..the staff is just tremendous, always so polite, kind, and get me in and out. Whether busy or slow, the staff always has a smiles on their faces and are great to work with! Update (02/21/26): Take 5 on Cumming Highway/Sugar Hill has always taken great care of me! This visit was no different. I let the tech know that i replaced the hood struts but they keep popping out when i tested to close the hood. They saw what I was talking about and used their own device to prop up the hood. The employees are very courteous! There is a closer Take 5 where I reside but i prefer to keep visiting this one as they are great!

Mason, Jerry and the whole crew really at this take 5 location are the friendliest, most helpful and straight forward crew I have ever encountered. They do not push you to make sales, they simply inform you of whats going on with your fluids, filters and oil life and let you decide without using pushy tactics or verbiage that would create panic to pressure you into making a quick decision. I highly recommend this location for your basic maintenance needs such as oil, coolant, wipers, cabin and engine filters because not only does this location have a great crew but their prices are more than fair as well.

I've been consistently going here for almost two years now. I went yesterday for just a regular oil change. Bo and Jason were a huge help with figuring out exactly what my car needed. They noticed an ongoing issue with my coolant (almost empty during the current and previous oil change, despite no leaks) and were able to complete a coolant exchange to fix this issue and replaced my air filter. They were super friendly and I did not feel taken advantage of like many other places I've had maintenance done on my car. Highly recommend!
