I am so glad a Take 5 Oil Change recently opened on Friendship Road here in Buford! I stopped in and had a fantastic experience. The entire staff provided excellent customer service and great advice, helping me select the best maintenance options for my vehicle without ever feeling pushy. A special shout-out to Pierre, Juju, and Michael! They worked seamlessly as a team to get me taken care of and had me in and out in no time. It's tough to find that level of fast, friendly, and coordinated service these days. I will definitely be back for my next oil change! Highly recommend stopping by this new location.

Great service! They gave us waters as soon as we pulled up, Juju did an amazing job at showing me every step they were doing and the before and after. I asked him to change my cabin and air filter, the cabin filter looked so bad and now my AC is blowing much better and colder. They topped off all of my fluids, even filled my tires with the correct amount of air. I will come back to this location again.

My husband came to get an oil change and came home saying how AMAZING these gentlemen were! He said when he pulled up, how wonderful they greeted him, and talked him through everything they did to his truck, and even checked a few more things and told him why his truck needed done which he had no idea about and they stated they would be able to fix it for him and my husband is going back Friday! I mean they were great! We went to the other Take5 in Decatur and they were horrible, so rude, didn’t fill anything up, barely said a word, just tried to hurry up and push us through! I am very very skeptical and cannot who I let touch my vehicle but the experience I had here was beyond awesome! Willie went above and beyond to make sure I was very well informed of what was needed, going on, and what he did. He was upfront about all pricing and made sure I was ok with it before doing anything and surprising me later. I will absolutely be here for my next oil change! Willie is absolutely amazing and treated me like I was somebody and not just a dumb female. The entire atmosphere in this shop was so joyful!

Just over the Gwinnett-Hall line is this brand new T5OC. I drove over because the Ford dealer had an ungodly two hour wait for a basic oil service. Screw that! I was in and out in less than ten minutes. There were no hard sells or pressure. Just straightforward, no nonsense pricing that's in line with the national averages. You pull in and have five guys working on your car at the same time. The team is clearly well trained at this location and I hope it stays that way.
