I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change #1097 in Lawrenceville. Mike and Tony provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. From the moment I pulled up, Tony greeted me with a friendly attitude, offered me a cold bottle of water, and made me feel welcome. Throughout the service, Mike clearly explained everything that was being checked and serviced while Tony worked efficiently in the pit. They both took the time to show me what actually needed attention and explain why, which made the experience feel educational rather than like a sales pitch. Mike and Tony are both incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Their transparency and willingness to answer questions gave me confidence that I was receiving honest recommendations and quality service. It's rare to find a team that combines excellent customer service with genuine care for the customer experience. My most recent oil change was super quick, I got there and there was no waiting. I was greeted pleasantly by the manager as always, he offered me a bottled water. There’s usually an all male crew, but this visit they had a female worker there, a very sweet woman named Ally. Which was a pleasant surprise. She was lovely as was the entire staff. The upselling was minimal based on my coolant not having been flushed in many years. I was even offered a discount for getting the service there. I declined but was told that if I chose to get the flush there they would still honor the discount in the future. Overall a great experience, which is my usual experience at Take 5 on Buford. The manager and workers are top tier!

We had a wonderful experience at Take 5 today! Tony, Mike, and Trent were all fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us without making us feel pressured. While we were waiting, they even gave our two kids fruit snacks, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience even better. Great customer service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back for our next oil change!

I hate getting my oil change! This day was different I was greeted by a young handsome black gentleman with loc$ and he spoke my language Customer $ervice!!!! How can I $ervice you? as he handed me a bottle of water. The ride didn’t stop there. I was shouted at by my fellow city girl from Miami Ale$$andraaaaaaa(IYKYK) #Period. You would think I $tepped in my Uncles garage as I chopped it up with family I mean the employees. I felt apart of the crew apart of the family. Ale$$andra shared with me her transition from Aventura Florida to Grayson Georgia, how her mom is healing through her kidney disease and we laughed about how to make boys because so far I can only recreate myself times two and make daughters. After my oil was completely change I was paid in full by words of wisdom by Money Mike the manager. He $poke life into me. He confirmed things that only God Knew like for instance I’am quick to call every one about my problems and Money Mike rerouted me and turned my focus to my Sky daddy Hot line Bling (This is how God is saved in my phone for my 6am prayer line)and $tressed he is the only one that will answer. You will forever have a family member I mean customer. Thank-you for your heaven $ent $ervice. Now each and every one needs a Rai$$$$$$$$$$$e My God 😇

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Kamari helped me as soon as I pulled up and made me feel welcome right away. He even offered me a complimentary bottle of water, which was a nice touch.
