If you’re ever in need of an oil change that doesn’t take half of your day, I highly recommend Take 5 on Spring Rd. near Cumberland. Their customer service is impeccable and they are highly professional, which I’m the customer who tips for excellent service. With that being said, Terrance & Christian ensured that this location is where I’ll always return for oil changes when feasible …not to mention the first gentleman who greeted me with a cold bottle of water! My apologies for not getting his name as well, but their service is top tier during a time where customer service is low. Great job Take 5 🙌🏽

Today I had the pleasure of working with Terrence, who was training Mason, as well as the store manager, Chris. They were all very kind and considerate of my time. I appreciate them for getting me set today! Much better experience than the Powers Ferry location.
Tyler McClain,This Take 5 is the best! The people that work here are wonderful! They are always helpful and kind. They are always willing to answer any questions I have about my car. They will make suggestions for items needing to be replaced (like filters) but they are never pushy about it and they are realistic and honest if something doesn’t need to be replaced just yet. They are quick but they also make sure to do a great job. I always get my oil changed here. They do emissions as well and the process was easy. Thank you!!

The two guys that worked with me on my oil change treated me exceptionally well, especially considering that it was at the end of the day and they were likely tired. Very friendly staff. Did what they could to limit how expensive the services were, successfully. And the whole thing took like 10 minutes at most. Definitely returning there the next time I need an oil change.

It was so close to the end of the day – they Not only didn’t turn me away, they gave us a bottle of waters and we’re so professional and really cared about servicing my car. I appreciated their professionalism and their kindness and how clean the shop was. You can tell they really care about providing great service. It was a great experience and this will be my new oil change spot moving forward.
