I’ve been going to Take 5 for every oil change I’ve ever had, and this was by far the best experience. They actually lived up to the name—I was in and out in about 10 minutes (the oil change itself felt like 5!). Buddy, the assistant manager, was incredible. He let me know I can stop by anytime before my next scheduled oil change to have my fluids topped off, which I had no idea was included. They topped off my washer fluid (I’d apparently been driving around without any 😅), added coolant, cleaned my windows, and had my oil changed faster than I thought was possible. One of my biggest Jeep struggles is that the maintenance light never turns off after an oil change. I always end up searching YouTube to remember the weird reset process. Before I could even ask, Buddy said, “Put your car in run and pump the pedal five times.” Maintenance light gone. Then he told me, “You’ll never leave this Take 5 with that light on again.” That alone earned five stars. To top it all off, I had a $25 coupon, so everything came to about $75. I had blocked off an hour in my schedule and barely had time to finish my grocery list before they were done. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great customer service. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Excellent. They had no idea I was a mechanic. I brought my van in during a long summer trip. Yes, they are required to ask about potential upsell items, however, they didn't ask about anything which wasn't needed. Moreover, they put zero pressure and were extremely considerate when asking. The price was fair (online coupons are typically available for $25 off). This was easily the best experience I've ever had at an oil change place.

This was my first time at a take five and it will not be my last. From the very first sentence, it was an amazing experience. Buddy Tevin Julius Randall We’re all very customer service centric. Buddy gave me some nice tips and tricks to remember in the future and make sure that I understood everything he was telling me. I truly felt like me in my vehicle were being very well taken care of. I highly recommend to go to this location. I live in Stone Mountain, but I will make my way up here every time just to get the best service that I did here today.
