I arrived at Take 5 around midday, greeted with a warm welcome and a bottle of ice cold water. Within 5-8 minutes of arrival the manager provided an overview of services offered, reviewed prices, and completed an oil and filter change while I relaxed comfortably in my car. I also requested an additional service and was on my way! BTW, I went online to Take 5 prior to arrival and received a discount coupon. Excellent service, Highly recommended!!!

I have a Toyota, but the type of oil that it needed in it is 08. They didn’t have that type of oil. The manager Mr Bentley went to auto zone to see if they had that type of oil. Autozone didn’t have it either. But he went above and beyond for me and that says a lot. They promised me the next time I come back, they’ll have it. Good service. If you’re ever in Lithia Springs and you need an oil change, go to Take 5 and say hey to Mr Bentley for me. Way to go, man!

Michael and DJ were very efficient with a limited team. They were kind, courteous, as well and communicative in all aspects of the process. The gentlemen worked well together and remained kind in the heat the entire time. This experience felt very personable with how the gentlemen offered snacks to my kids that were waiting in the car during the service. Overall, exceptional service here. I'd definitely come back.

5/5 recommend. i get my oil changed here often. service is speedy, and most importantly, safe. the staff communicate what they’re doing every single time they touch your car and it gives an added confidence that there’s procedure and standards. oil changes last me 8K miles. i’ve never felt like they pressure me on the upsell or offer things that don’t add value. and on top of that, staff is exceedingly respectful — i was greeted with a big smile and everyone was kind and polite throughout my service.
