I have had a lot of bad experience with oil change places before but when I went to this location today, I made it my go-to place for every oil change! The staff was so helpful and gave me a coupons to make everything cheaper. They checked my coolant and my cabin air filter and notified me of anything that was wrong and then proceeded to give me more discounts which was awesome!! Now my car sounds like it's running a lot better and smoother. They even provided free waters and showed me everything that they did as they did it, that way I knew what was done and how it looked before and after! Again 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Mary Pritchard,I stopped in for an oil change and we ran into an issue with the drain plug that ended up breaking during removal. I don’t know if it was from a previous service or just one of those things that can happen, but the district manager came over to take a look and handled it personally. He carefully drilled out the broken piece, rethreaded it, and made sure everything was sealed and working properly before I left. He explained what he was doing along the way and was very professional about the whole situation. They didn’t charge me anything for the extra work, which I really appreciated. Situations like this can be stressful, but the team handled it the right way and took care of the customer. I’m grateful for the help.
