What an awesome experience! This morning, my car (Stella 😊) made it very clear she wanted an oil change before a last-minute road trip. I'd never been to Take 5 before, but after today, I am 100% so glad I did. Noel, Kyle, Manny, and the rest of the crew were phenomenal. They were friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. 😉 They explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about making sure Stella was safe and road-trip ready. It's rare to find a place where the customer service is just as impressive as the work itself, but this team nailed it. They turned a routine oil change into an experience that was actually enjoyable. I left smiling, confident in my car, and feeling like they truly cared. If you're looking for honest service, great attitudes, and a team that goes above and beyond, this is the place. A huge thank you to everyone there for taking such great care of both me and Stella. I'll definitely be back!

My second time here and just like the first timeTake 5 provided fast and efficient service. My day started by making an appointment with the dealership that had sold the truck to my dad. I arrived on time, waited in line 15 minutes only to be told the oil change could take up to 2 hours and if i wanted it quicker reschedule for a 730am time slot. I left vowing never ever to go back. On the 25 minute drive back home I stopped at Take 5. There was a lull in customers and when I pulled up, all the staff enthusiastic smiled, waved, and greeted me like I was a rock star. For a moment, I thought I was being punked. Noel introduced himself, others brought me a cold water. I was offered various oil options and pricing comparable to the dealership special. Of note: all the workers performed *commentary work flow" which was calling out each activity they were doing. Noel explained it was done for safety. It reasured me to hear them call out each tire pressure, the oil cap tightened, and all the other steps. Could not be any happier with these guys. Impressive work unit, fair price, and more importantly, I was in and out in less time than my time waiting in line at the dealership

As a woman, getting my car serviced has always been stressful and nerve-racking. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with price gouging and being taken advantage of, so I was honestly dreading finding a new place after moving from Palm Beach County. Today was my first oil change at Take 5 in Fort Myers, and it was by far the easiest and most positive experience I’ve ever had. Noel and Ike were both incredibly kind, patient, professional, and informative. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to educate me on aspects of vehicle maintenance that I wasn’t familiar with, which I really appreciated. Noel, in particular, was outstanding. He was friendly, funny, charismatic, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares about the customers he serves. He is an excellent representative of the company and the kind of employee every business hopes to have. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Noel and Ike, for making what is usually a stressful experience so easy and pleasant. You’ve earned a customer for life. I will absolutely be bringing all of my vehicles to this Take 5 location moving forward. Both of these gentlemen deserve recognition for the exceptional customer service they provide.

Awesome experience! I go here every time I need an oil change now. The guys that helped me were so lovely! Sometimes as a woman, it’s a little nerve-racking to go in and do stuff with your car. And it was really nice because I asked about the coolant, and he showed me a test and I asked like what the science was behind it. And he very kindly explained it to me and said that I was actually all good! I’m so sorry, I don’t remember the names but the people who worked on my car were very kind.

Brandon at Take 5 Oil Change did a great job! He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly without being pushy and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail.
