I pulled in for a simple oil change and apparently I made the mistake of expecting to suffer through the Florida heat like everyone else. Instead, they gave me a bottle of water and told me to sit inside my car in the cold A/C while they worked. Then, when I shut my car off, they actually put a fan inside my vehicle so I wouldn’t be in what would otherwise be an oven. Seriously, guys… is this an oil change or a five star resort? Fast service, friendly crew, cold A/C, free water, tire fill, and apparently complimentary personal climate control. Dave and the crew have officially ruined every other oil change experience for me, high 5’s for everyone.
Dave and manager Kyle were both absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making me feel comfortable from the get-go. They clearly explained what my vehicle needed and got everything done incredibly quickly. They also provided recommendations for additional services without being pushy—it truly felt like they were coming from a place of genuine care and making sure my vehicle received what it needed. I was in and out quickly with an oil and filter change, wiper blade replacement, and cabin air filter change. Kyle even took the time to walk me through, step by step, how to reset my oil change notification. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Dave and Kyle!
This location is a 10/10 the manager Kyle greeted me with a bottle of water and told me they will be with me soon. Kyle also made sure my oil level was where it should be before I left the shop and that alone is what will make me keep coming back as no one at any other location ever did that..He is so pleasant and professional and take pride in what he does. Also the other two workers was fabulous as well I believe one name was Dave and I don’t remember the other guy name but they all have such fabulous attitude and work great as a team . Thanks Guys the flower lady will be back again :-)
