Lance, Dave and Jesus made this visit exceptional with their personalities. I appreciated their hardworking yet relatable personalities during my oil change. They were quick, thorough and hospitable where if it were possible to come back when they’re specifically on shift I 100% would as in the past I’ve felt almost harassed by staff on upsells and extras. They were especially helpful with letting me know about the top off service which other employees had never mentioned before.
When I went to the one in Lehigh it was terrible Kyle really handled the situation wrong instead of saying that he didn't have the proper tool that he needed to do the oil change...He tried to make it seem as though I didn't have an oil change for years which I tried to explain to him that my vehicle isn't a year old yet so it couldn't be for years so he sent me in N. Ft Myers and this is the reason why im giving Take 5 5 stars because ive had an oil change with all 3 of my vehicles in North Ft Myers and not once have they've given me any problems or mistreated me. Their Service there is excellent
I always have great service at Take 5 in N. Fort Myers. The team works very well together and they take excellent care of their customers. I was even offered a nice cold bottle of water, I had brought my own water from home so I was not in need of a water. They were busy so it understandably took a little longer. I appreciate the great service from this business and will always have my car serviced there. Thank you for the awesome work you do everyday! Keep it up!
