These terms apply to all one-time, single-use (as indicated by an expiration date on the face of the coupon) Take 5 Rewards coupons. Coupon good for the indicated amount off a purchase of the service specified on the coupon when purchased at a Participating Location.
To apply the coupon when making a purchase, open the Mobile Application, log into your Account, and navigate to the digital coupon screen, then scan this coupon at the time of purchase. Printed copies will not be accepted. Successfully applying the coupon code will deduct the indicated discount from the total purchase price. Except where prohibited, use of this coupon may require cashless payment via an accepted credit card or debit card or may require exact change as applicable.
This Rewards Coupon cannot be combined with any other in-app coupons, discounts or promotional codes or offers and cannot be applied to a previous purchase. Limit one (1) coupon per purchase. These terms apply to all in-tier Take 5 Rewards Coupons good for the indicated amount off a purchase of the service specified on the coupon when purchased at a Participating Location. Coupon is valid for as long as Participant maintains the relevant Tier status.
