Absolutely amazing group of people here! I've never been to a service shop where everybody is smiling when you pull up, and I'll tell you what, it's going to be a long time before I ever go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced, they were super fast, very thorough, and had no problems breaking down the information as they performed their inspection. Amazing experience, they treated me like a legit VIP, I promise you if you bring your vehicles to Take Five off of Road 68 in Pasco Washington you'll feel the same way.🙂🙂🙂

Great first experience. As soon as I pulled up, one of the guys brought a water bottle and offered it for free. A quick few minutes later they had me pull into the garage where they quickly checked the air filter, and other small things in the engine. The oil change took less than 10 minutes, and it was my first time in the vehicle. Great service, good honest recommendations, and a quick in and out. These guys get it done quick and right. I'm definitely heading back on my next oil change.

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From start to finish, the service was incredibly fast, professional, and impressive. There was no wait when I arrived, and the oil change was completed in what felt like less than 10 minutes. What really stood out was the teamwork and communication. While one technician was working on my car, another clearly explained everything that was being done, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. The entire staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely focused on providing great service. They truly care about your vehicle and stand behind their work. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding—they even follow up to make sure everything is done right. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my vehicles needs. Highly recommend!

This is my first time using the Take Five car service and I have nothing but overflowing praise to give! From the friend smile I received from the female team member to each and every member who worked with me. You stay in your car as all the service checks and liquid assessments/changed & fills are being made so you know without a doubt what had been checked & completed. The system they follow is team oriented and they all have important roles to play. I loved that. They report every thing to Carfax so you have an accurate record of your car service visits and what was done. Air filters were shown to me for me to be in on the awareness if I thought they needed to be changed. Everything and anything I asked about was answered without hesitation nor irritation. This team is a complete well "oiled" machine in themselves! Fantastic experience! I recommend their service to everyone! I have found my new car service/oil change location for sure! 😁

I have a 2016 Ford Mustang Ecoboost which requires specific oil throughout since it is a high performance vehicle. I was able to have the differential fluid changed for $200 less than at the dealership. Oil changes are much less along with engine filters. If you figure you are paying for the product and not the service, it’s a great deal. Because the service you receive is top notch and I don’t say that lightly. I am very particular about my car and everything was well done. Thank you to Take 5. They are now my go to for service when I need it and the price is fair and reasonable on their products. Darla
