Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change in Fredericksburg and had a seriously great experience. Pulled in, stayed in my truck, and they got right to work—no waiting around, no hassle. The team was professional but still laid back, explained everything they were doing, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. What stood out most was how efficient they were without cutting corners. You can tell they’ve got a system down and actually respect your time. On top of that, everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. If you want a quick, honest oil change without the typical headache, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is my second time here and I always have a pleasant experience. The employees here have a positive attitude and are always friendly. Christian, Brenden and Lili goes above and beyond. All of them do but these 3 were the ones who serviced my vehicle. They give a complimentary bottle of water for your wait. I highly recommend this location for your car services.

Great experience, was in and out in no time. Checked everything they needed to. Was only two guys there and they were obviously understaffed and overwhelmed. With that being said they still did what they were supposed to do and didn’t rush the process. Kudos two the the two younger guys who were there on 05/01/2026 , was a service advisor for 7 years and their attitudes and service were on point. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: I'm still really impressed with how much effort and care each team member puts into helping customers. I’ve been to this Take 5 four times, and I've always received the same friendly treatment and respect. I don’t know much about cars, and my “Dakota the Corolla” is probably the best car for someone like me. But every time I visit, they explain everything they’re doing in a way I can understand, which is great. I can just go in for an oil change and not worry until that little oil light comes on again, or until the sticker they give me tells me when it’s time for the next oil change, based on mileage or date. I also like being able to come back between oil changes for free tire pressure checks or to get more windshield wiper fluid. Overall, even though I’m not a car expert, I feel confident I’m doing what I can to keep my car running well, or maybe just making it last longer. Honestly, I’d give this place a 12 out of 10 for service. ORIGINAL POST: I first went to take 5 for the first time 2 & 1/2 years ago, to find out it was actually one of the best-reviewed locations in Virginia! So when I moved and decided to go to another Take 5 location, I was hesitant to see whether the same efficiency and professionalism would be replicated there. I can now say with certainty that this location on Plank Road and all others that I have relied upon will always have the superb knowledge and commitment I’ve now come to respect. No matter which location you go to, you will receive the same phenomenal service. I’m so glad that Take 5 finally came to Central Park, and I will continue to use their services regularly! The local team at this location has a genuine commitment to caring for every person and their vehicles who enter their shop—taking their time to address any concerns but remaining focused on efficiency, IN ADDITION to efficacy! This location's teamwork is also second to none, which is another reason they can combine efficiency with productivity. Thank you all for your amazing services!!!
