This was my first time at Take 5, and overall I had a great experience! Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job explaining everything to me. I really appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the oil change. The only thing I didn’t like was that they spilled some oil on my vehicle while doing the oil change. However, they did clean it up afterward, which I really appreciated. Things happen, and I was glad they took care of it. Overall, I had a positive first experience and will definitely be back for my next oil change!

Wow! What a great team you have at this location. Managers Alex and Jacob have excellent leadership skills and watching them train a new employee was such a pleasure. They answered my questions and were very transparent with what my car needed and the cost of services. I was able to stay in my car and they even offered me a cold water bottle while I waited with my engine off. Not only were the people working professional and knowledgeable, you can tell the shop itself is well taken care of too. They also value giving back to the community and helping veterans and their families with their “changing oil, changing lives” program. I am so excited to learn about new locations coming so I don’t have to drive 30 minutes for their great service. If it’s your first time, definitely recommend checking out the website and signing up for a coupon! It’s already more affordable than other auto shops in the area, but that extra discount is even nicer!!

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Alex was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which gave me a better understanding of the viscosity rating system and how the oil flow at different temperatures!!!! This helped me to feel like I was really making an informed decision. Jacob was also amazing at answering all my questions and trying to keep my total within my budget. I had an amazing first experience and I will be back!!!!!
