Went to Valoline....they wanted $110 after coupon. I said eh ill be back. (But I didnt go back...) I called take 5 and lili answered gave me an estimate. I got a great coupon (up to $25/off). Went. I did have to wait a little (was there maybe 25 to 30 minutes. I believe they only had two bays open but I wasnt in a rush. Tra moved quickly! Jacob was a sweetheart and very soft spoken. There was a gentleman who greeted me outside with a cold water bottle (its hot out yall). I dont recall his name but the short chat was fun and he was genuinely happy! The manager (im terrible at names) she also asked how I was doing and such. Very good vibes here!! I believe I also got an additive to my oil as well. But ill be back just because of the employees. 🖤🤘
Joe provided outstanding service during my oil change at Take 5. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. He clearly explained the services being performed, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. What stood out most was his attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service. It’s clear that Joe takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Because of his exceptional service, I will definitely return to Take 5 for future maintenance. Thank you, Joe, for a job well done!
My experience with Take 5 oil was great and educational. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable about what type of oil change I needed for my car. I loved that the staff was very caring giving water out to everyone, and immediately being greeted when it was very hot outside so that’s a plus. The friendly young man was very nice to me making sure that my service was good through the process , very professional, and funny too. Awesome job and I will be back for another oil change soon!!
